My love and enthusiasm for baking began at a young age, like many, spending time in the kitchen with my mum. I remember her teaching me how to make a roast dinner at the age of 11 and scouring for hours through her ancient Mrs Beeton’s Bible.

 

In May 2020 with support and encouragement from my family I began my own baking business and Butterfly Bakery was created. I love working alongside my customers to ensure they get not just a cake that looks good but also one that tastes amazing. One of my favourite parts of the job is when a customer sees their cake for the first time, that look on their face is always a special moment.
